These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Song for you. app and related web pages and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all use of the Service between you and the operator ("we", "us"). We may publish additional policies such as a Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.
2. Account and eligibility
You represent that you are at least 13 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
You may not lend, transfer, or share your account with others.
We may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance or incident response.
3. Service description
The Service uses AI and related technology to generate, store, play, and share lyrics, music, cover art, and related content based on your input. Main features include:
Lyrics generation and editing
Music (audio) generation
Cover art display and saving
My Songs library and playback
Gift link creation, web unlock, listening, and download
Features, usage limits, and pricing may change at our discretion.
4. User input and generated content
You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you submit (text, URLs, lyrics, references, etc.) and that you do not infringe third-party rights.
AI-generated lyrics and music may resemble existing works. You are solely responsible for deciding whether generated content is appropriate, lawful, and permitted for your use.
When sharing generated content via gift links, respect recipients' rights and privacy.
5. Third-party AI / APIs
The Service uses third-party providers such as OpenAI, Mureka, and Firebase. Their terms and policies may also apply.
Outages, changes, or discontinuation of external APIs may make all or part of the Service unavailable. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for resulting damage.
6. Gift links
Gift links require an unlock password. Share the password separately from the URL.
Gift links expire 3 days after creation. After expiry, unlock and download may no longer be available.
Handling of opened content (messages, audio, etc.) is the responsibility of senders and recipients.
7. Subscriptions
In addition to a free plan, we may offer paid auto-renewable subscription plans such as Plus and Premium (collectively, "Paid Plans").
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payment for Paid Plans are processed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID account. We do not bill or refund you directly outside the App Store.
Paid Plans renew automatically for the selected period (e.g. monthly or yearly). You may cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Paid Plans primarily expand usage limits for AI generation and related features. Specific limits, prices, and plan names are as shown in the app and on the App Store product page (Section 3 on changes also applies).
If a free trial is offered, the Paid Plan begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then, and the price shown on the App Store will be charged.
To restore purchases, use "Restore purchases" in the app or follow App Store procedures.
Refunds and other billing matters are handled according to Apple's policies and applicable law.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
Violate laws or public order and morals
Infringe others' rights
Interfere with operation of the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or send excessive automated requests
Reverse engineer or modify the Service
Submit input or attempt generation that violates our or third-party AI providers' policies
Engage in other conduct we deem inappropriate
9. Intellectual property
Rights in the Service software, design, trademarks, etc. belong to us or legitimate rights holders. You retain rights in content you upload or enter. You grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness.
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the Service.
We are not obligated to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
