Creation quota / API errors

If song, lyrics, or story generation failed or your quota was consumed without a result, please also share the following. If we confirm a service-side issue, we may restore your creation quota.

• Approximate date and time of the failure
• What failed (song / lyrics AI / story AI, etc.)
• Song title (if applicable)
• Screenshot of the error or remaining quota (if possible)

The app currently uses anonymous sign-in, so we cannot identify your account from email alone. We match your report using the details above and server logs.

Gift links

If a gift won't open or audio won't play, please describe what happened and when — do not send the gift URL. Ask the sender to create a new link if needed.
